Immigration Law

Visas, work permits, and Bureau of Immigration matters handled correctly the first time.

Foreign nationals living, working, investing, or retiring in the Philippines must navigate the Bureau of Immigration (BI), DOLE, and other agencies. We assist individuals, families, and employers in securing the right visa and maintaining compliant status — from temporary visitor extensions to long-term resident classifications.

Frequently asked questions

How long can a tourist stay in the Philippines?

Most nationalities get 30 days visa-free on arrival, extendable through the Bureau of Immigration up to 36 months in total. Extensions are filed at any BI office, and we manage them for clients who stay long term.

Do I need a work permit if I sit on a Philippine board?

Yes — foreign directors generally need a Special Work Permit, or a 9(g) pre-arranged employment visa where the role is longer term or remunerated. The right category depends on your duties and pay. We confirm and file it.

What is the SRRV?

The SRRV is the Special Resident Retiree's Visa, administered by the PRA, letting qualified foreign retirees reside in the Philippines indefinitely with multiple-entry privileges. It requires a qualifying deposit and program compliance, which we guide applicants through.
