Civil Litigation
From small claims to multi-million-peso damages suits — we litigate with discipline and strategy.
Our civil litigation practice represents individuals, families, and businesses in disputes that fall outside the commercial courts — collection, damages, recovery of possession, and personal claims. We work to resolve disputes efficiently, while building a trial-ready record from day one.

Frequently asked questions
What is small claims court?
Small claims is a streamlined court procedure for collecting money claims not exceeding ₱1,000,000. Lawyers do not appear at the hearing, so the paperwork decides the case — we prepare the verified statement of claim and supporting documents.
How long do I have to file a damages claim?
Quasi-delict claims prescribe in 4 years, written contracts in 10 years, and oral contracts in 6 years. Other causes of action carry their own periods. Acting promptly preserves your rights, and we confirm the deadline that applies to your case.
What is unlawful detainer?
Unlawful detainer is a summary action to recover property from someone whose entry was lawful but whose right to possess has ended — a holdover tenant, for example. It must be filed within one year of the demand to vacate. We handle these ejectment suits.
